Our Spaces

Our auditorium has stood the test of time well! With a high vaulted ceiling and original features from 1877, a full refurbishment complete in March 2023, it can seat 380 people comfortably.

It has stained glass windows at the rear of the auditorium (visible from Pitt Street), a fully functional kitchen, serving cafe bar and a state of the art audio visual system, with livestream capabilities.

We can seat 110 people downstairs in theatre setup (up to 75 for sit down meals), with an additional 250+ upstairs in pew seating. The downstairs layout is completely customisable and is regularly used in cabaret, theatre and bespoke layouts.

There is accessible access into the auditorium via the Bath Street entrance, and an accessible toilet + separate baby change is located at the rear of the auditorium. Find out more about our accessibility here.

These flexible rooms can be used together or separately, and are fully customisable to suit your requirements: perfect for smaller meetings or training; green room or team room, as well as ideal for training events, networking events or as a breakout space from the auditorium.

There are 3 additional rooms to the auditorium that vary in sizes. Our Reception Room, with it’s gorgeously high ceiling and large windows, is our only accessible breakout room, and can hold 5-15 people. Our Lower Ground Room is our meeting room with tea/coffee making facilities, perfect for 10-15 people, and our Top Floor Room is our largest breakout space that can hold up to 25 people depending on its layout and use.

With two double ovens, induction hob, commercial dishwasher and plenty of prep space, our kitchen is available to professional caterers or private use.

The café bar area is perfect for serving drinks & food, as well as preparing hot drinks. You are welcome to organise your own refreshments, or you can book tea/coffee with us and we can take care of making and providing it all for you. We use delicious coffee beans from New Ground, so your guests won’t be disappointed!
